Four things you must control in order to cut weight; increase your water intake, decrease your food intake (especially bad foods), how well your metabolism is running, and the calories your burning.

  • Everything starts with how much water you drink, how much food you eat and what kind of food you eat.
  • Eat several smaller meals every day. Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner. Do not eat after sundown. If you must eat after sundown then eat something with little to no calories like celery or a grapefruit (no sugar on top!!).
  • If you do not eat after sun down you will give your body 8 to 10 hours to regenerate. This means it will burn calories already in your body, it will heal your aches and pains and it will prepare you for a full day tomorrow.
  • If you eat after sundown your body will have to first digest the food you ate before it starts working on burning calories or healing. If you eat bad foods or a lot after sundown your body will not be able to process everything and will store it as fat.
  • Celery is a negative calorie food. This means it takes your body more energy to digest celery then there are calories in celery. Grapefruit has some calories however the acid in grapefruit will help breakdown the food in your stomach and will also pull water out of your system.
  • Drink water all day everyday, 48oz to 64oz of water everyday! Your body is made up of mostly water and will make you think your hungry if you are not drinking enough water so drink water if you feel  hungry.
  • Eat healthy food high in raw fruits and veggies. Salads, Salads, Salads with Olive oil and not the other high fat or low fat salad dressing. High fat has too much fat and low fat has too many chemicals.
  • Eat good lean protein like baked chicken breast, turkey and fish especially Alaskan Salmon and other cold water fish. By fish I do not mean Shrimp, Crabs, and Lobsters as they are shell fish that crawl around on the ocean floor eating the waste of other fish.
  • If your eating healthy you will have more energy because healthy natural foods take less energy to process so your body will spend time turning your fat into energy rather than trying to digest the double hamburger you just ate.
  • Fast food is obviously really bad for you. What does your body do when you eat food? Your body processes it, right?
  • Fast Food is pre-processed so it will last longer. What does that mean? It means that the nutrient’s have been pre-processed out of the food so it will not spoil or start breaking down. Test this out – take a banana and a hamburger and leave them out on a plate for a week the banana will begin breaking down and the hamburger will not change much. Why? Because the hamburger has been pre-processed and all the nutrients have been removed so there is nothing but chemicals left.
